Body: Dark beige skin, brown hair with highlights by the roots and worn out, blue eyes. Usually wears her hair in a bun, but when down, she keeps it loose, flowing to her midback. A purple butterfly pin is fastened to keep her long hair from getting in her eyes. After years of training, she has built up quite a muscular body, but not enough to rule out the femininity of her body. She has a few scars decorating her body from battles, and is not afraid of them showing.

Clothing: White kimono top, with black butterfly pattern decorating it, reaching her hips. Underneath is a black, body hugging bodysuit, as well as a black pair of geta's.

Personality: Closed off to people she doesn't know, but open and cheery among people she is friends with. Airheaded, but is quite smart when she needs to be. When angry, won't stop attacking until she is either knocked out or until she has beaten her opponent.

Likes: Pretty things, food (she eats almost anything) and animals

Description: The shinobi uses a fan or the correct elemental affinity to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with their Chakra. When the opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the Chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target like a sickle.

Fuuton - Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)

Effect: Can repel any weapon's projectile attack regardless of dodge stat.

If the victim is hit they will suffer great amounts of damage. It will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado.

Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags.

Description: Creates a blade of wind around the user’s arm. The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. Since the wind is condensed down it does weigh down the user’s arm.

Hikui Tenkuu Assaku no Jutsu (Low Air Pressure Technique)

Description: This technique makes the air pressure in a room drop dramatically, causing anyone inside to fall asleep. It can only work in an enclosed area like a building or room.

Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.

Suiton Seibun Houfutsu (Water Cannon Replica)

NinJutsu
Water seaps out of the user's enemy and engolfs them with a round ball of water. Which causes them to drown slowly due to the fact that the opponent is stuck within the water. This Jutsu can not be destroyed from inside out, nor outside in unless you split out the particals of the water in one fell swoop of motion. Example: Chouji Slamming into the water by using his massive weight. The water is capable of floating in the air, and the User does not need to be in contact with the Ball at any time which is needed for the sister technique known as the Water Prison Technique.
Limits: Must know the Water Prison Technique, and Water must be in the area.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone)

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Limit: must be near a water source.

Suiton – Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison)
Skill: Ninjutsu

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bushin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Limit: must be near a water source.

Taijutsu: Normal hand to hand combat, altough she prefers using her ninjutsu.

Bloodline: N/A

Weakness: She get's hurt easily, and because of her airheaded nature, she can be easily tricked into believing things, and is therefor easy to defeat in battle. Genjutsu is in other words her biggest weakness. She is also weak in close combat, as her stamina isn't that good.


History: Kasumi was born into a wealthy house, with both her parents, and three brothers and one sister. Her parents focused on her training from an early age, and altough she was clumsy and airheaded, her stubborn nature put her through though periods of pain, training and frustration. During her childhood, she rarely got into fights, as she tried her best to stay out of them. She spent most of her time training in the forest, or hanging around with her friends. In anything physical, she would always be last, and still is. She is still training to become stronger, and will not stop until she has reached her goal of making people respect her, airheaded or not. During her teenage years after the chuunin exam, she went through alot of hard training, both mentally and physically. During these years, she shut herself down, and became kind of a loner. She avoided people, and spent most of her time training, sleeping or eating. Some of her old friends literally beat it into her it was not healthy for her, and she went back to her usual cheery self, although she kept closed up whenever she met either someone she didn't know, or someone she didn't trust.
